Available Polar Metabolite Standards

The Metabolomic Platform at the PRC have a library of 200+ polar metabolites (2026) which are listed below together with respective KEGG and HMDB identifications codes. Molecules marked with ^ are avaiable as an 13C standard while * indicates that a deuterium standard is available.  Listed retention times (RT) are based on the Centers standard HILIC method used to analysis polar metabolites.
