Considerations when Booking Sort Time for Bulk Sorting

  • Setup time – First Experiment 30 min; Consequent Experiments 10 min
    • Check settings
    • Dead Cell Exclusion (DCE) Dye titration (First experiment only)
    • Compensation
    • Gating
  • Sorting time calculated by cell numbers for certain nozzle size (take in account cell concentration)
  • Consider number of samples to be run. Add 5 minutes for the sample switch
