Presented by the RockEDU Science Outreach Program
The Rockefeller University has a robust tradition of giving back to the community through the RockEDU Science Outreach Program, which offers multiple educational programs throughout the year. Two of RockEDU’s premier annual student programs are Science Saturday (grades K–8) and Talking Science (grades 9–12). Science Saturday (May) is a STEM festival for K–8 students and their families. Talking Science (January) engages high school students—through interactive lectures and demonstrations—in the research being conducted at the university.
Science Saturday is a joint presentation of the RockEDU Science Outreach Program and Parents & Science. The Parents & Science initiative is a resource for parents and educators who want to know more about the latest scientific discoveries concerning childhood and adolescent health and development.
