Property, Plant & Equipment Asset Management

This Office is responsible for the management, control and accounting of property, plant & equipment purchased by the Rockefeller University.

Areas of Focus:

• Record asset information into the Oracle Fixed Asset System
• Maintenance of the Fixed Asset inventory records
• Proper accounting of assets for depreciation purposes
• Coordinate, supervise and oversee physical equipment inventories
• Perform Asset account reconciliations

This office is located on the second floor of Founders Hall, Room 206B.
