The General Accounting unit handles a wide range of professional services for the University community. This office is responsible for the following functions:
- Acts as liaison for all accounting transactions from University Auxiliaries:Press, Housing, Food Service
- Calculates, prepares, and processes all inter-departmental billings
- Prepares 1099 MISC year-end tax forms
- General account maintenance and reconciliation
- Investigates, documents and inputs transactions for both internal transfers and vendor invoices
- Responds to all general accounting inquiries and information requests
This office is located on the second floor of Founders Hall, Room 201H.
