Rossjohn’s principal contribution lies in providing an understanding of defined events central to cellular immunity. Rossjohn’s research in adaptive and innate immunity has provided an understanding of the basis of peptide, lipid and small molecule presentation, aberrant T-cell reactivity, Natural Killer receptor recognition and viral immunity.
