On Wednesday, April 30, The Rockefeller University honored members of its community who reached service milestones ranging from 10 to 45 years. University President Richard P. Lifton personally congratulated each honoree at the annual employee anniversary celebration in the Bass Dining Commons.

This year’s 90 milestone honorees have contributed an extraordinary 1,940 collective years of service to the university. An additional 17 individuals were recognized for their retirements in 2024.

“The university is coming together to celebrate people who are the heart and soul of Rockefeller, and I’m speaking specifically about our colleagues whose many years of service and dedication to the university have shaped the institution in enduring ways,” said Lifton.

“Whether you’re marking a milestone anniversary or beginning a well-earned retirement, your contributions here at Rockefeller have strengthened our work, enriched our community, and for all of this, we have enduring gratitude to all of you.”
