Streptococcal Strain Listings Search

Over 1,200 strains of streptococci are described in this directory. Nearly all of the files in this directory are annotated with references to streptococcal classification criteria. To aid in searching the annotated listing, open a sample strain file, such as 10RP64, and select your search criteria.

Another example of a Boolean search: group: B;type: III will find all lines containing both 'group: B AND type: III'. Here, the logical AND is represented by a semicolon. NOT logicals are not valid as a search term.
