Where do I get keys to my office/lab or I need extra keys?

Need to visit the Plant Operations Office and request the necessary keys. Plant Operations Office is located between the Hospital and RRB Building on the B-level (walking tunnel) You'll need your Rockefeller Identification Card or letter from Head of Lab/Department.

I'd like to request parking for a visiting investigator/professor/speaker or weekend guest?

Call the Service Response Center at extension 8001. Need to provide information such as the name of the guest, date and time of visit. For weekend parking, you must call before 5:00 pm on Friday. Weekend guest parking is only available to Rockefeller University students/employees.

Heating, Ventilating, Cooling:

The temperature in my laboratory or office is too hot/cold. What should I do?

Call the Service Response Center at extension 8001. Make sure to tell the attendant your building, room number and nature of the concern.

There is no airflow in my laboratory or office. There is some type of odor in my area. What should I do?

Call the Service Response Center at extension 8001. Make sure to tell the attendant your building, room number and nature of the concern.

There is an alarm that is ringing or flashing on a chemical flow hood or biosafety hood.

Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance:

There is a leaky faucet, sink, toilet, CO2 manifold, oxygen/nitrogen/vacuum valve, or any other plumbing fixture.

A lighting fixture is not working or a light bulb is out.
