The NMR Spectroscopy Facility at the Rockefeller University provides access to high-end NMR spectrometers for use in studies of structure, function, and dynamics of macromolecules, as well as spectroscopic fingerprint of peptides and small organic molecules. The center maintains and operates three Bruker Avance NMR spectrometers at 400, 500, and 600 MHz, and offers extensive training in basic and advanced NMR experiments. The center also provides access to cutting-edge NMR spectrometers, including high field spectrometers at 800 and 900 MHz, and 750 MHz wide bore machine for solid-state, in New York Structural Biology Center at the campus of City College of New York (CCNY).
