The Rockefeller University Library offers a full range of reference services including mediated database searching, end-user training (workshops and tutorial sessions), assistance in database searching, citation verification, identification of information sources, and instruction in use of library resources.

The library also maintains a Reference Collection on Floor 2 of Welch Hall.

Rockefeller University patrons may send reference requests via: e-mail, fax to ext: 7840, or you may make requests in person at the Information Services Office on Floor 1 of Welch Hall between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday to Friday.
