Binding of Library Materials

• The library sends journals to be bound every two weeks; turn-around is four weeks.
• Journals are sent after all issues of a particular volume have been received and the first issue of the next volume has arrived in the library.
• The Rockefeller University Library Catalog, Tri-Cat (Telnet or Web-OPAC), indicates whether a particular journal volume has gone to the bindery and when it is expected to be returned to the library.

Binding of Laboratory Materials

• The library will also arrange for the binding of journals subscribed to by laboratories.
• Cost is in the range from $12.25 to approximately $18.00 per bound volume.
• The library will contact labs for pick up when journals are returned from the bindery.
