	SciFinder Scholar is the powerful graphical interface designed by Chemical Abstracts Service, a division of the American Chemical Society, to access and search its comprehensive databases of chemical information. * You have Full Access with unlimited Substructure Searching* SciFinder® Scholar Hours of Operation: Sunday 1:00 AM until Saturday 10:00 PM (U.S. EST) SciFinder Scholar accesses the information in the CAS databases: CAplus, CAS REGISTRY, and CASREACT . It offers the end-user in one easy-to-use package the following search options: Chemical substance or reaction - explore chemical substances by chemical name, chemical structure, formulas, or CAS Registry Numbers. Find literature relevant to a topic of interest. Find literature written by a specific author. Find literature from a specific organization. Find literature by CA abstract number or patent number. SciFinder Scholar 2007 NOW AVAILABLE New features offer a categorize search tool that enables you to sort and evaluate information in your answer sets by creating a histogram of subject terms; capability to explore from substance displays by launching a new structure search or refining your current structure search by clicking on any structure in an answer set; and ability to combine answer sets (with sets of the same type: reference, substance, or reaction).
