Immigration regulations and procedures are in an unprecedented state of ongoing review and change. As a result, processing times are generally delayed and unpredictable. It is therefore recommended that you review your immigration documents regularly and address any extensions, renewals, or changes of status as early as possible. Background checks have become a standard part of many, if not all, immigration processes and no one is exempt, nor can they be expedited.
