Fitness Center

The Rockefeller University Fitness Center is a free gym provided to all individuals who have official affiliations with the University and is located on the sixth floor of Founder’s Hall. Access can be gained by filling out the Fitness Center waiver form and returning it to the Security desk on the first floor of Founder’s Hall. From free weights to cardio equipment, the gym contains several options to fit everyone’s fitness needs. Locker rooms provide showers and in-transit storage.

45 minutes of cycling to high energy music. Please contact Liz at campbee@rockefeller.edu for more details.

*Interval Training 45 minute class includes: warm up, 3 intervals of cardio drills, 3 recovery periods with upper and lower body toning. Class ends with core strength work and yoga inspired stretches.
