Housing

Subsidized housing for all Ph.D. students is guaranteed. Accommodations include studios with kitchenettes, double and triple suites with shared kitchens and one-bedroom apartments. M.D.-Ph.D. students spend their last three years in Rockefeller housing. Like the laboratories, all on-campus student rooms have high-speed computer access lines. Current rents range from $510 to $745 a month.

The university also owns two vacation cottages near the Bear Mountain recreational area, one hour north of the city in the Hudson Valley. The cottages are available for use by Rockefeller faculty, students and employees.
