Right Appetite

Because we understand the needs of our customers for a healthier diet, Restaurant Associates has introduced a delicious and nutritious program right in you r company's dining room called Right Appetite. The concept of Right Appetite is to maintain the flavor of food and portion size while keeping the dishes low in sodium and cholesterol.

Reduced Fat

Developed by Restaurant Associates' Supervising Chef Stefano Cordova and Cynthia Seidman, Director of Dietary Services at Rockefeller University, Right Appetite provides diners with reduced fat entrees that are considered "lean" by USDA standards. All entrees have less than 10 grams of fat per serving and less than 600 milligrams of sodium.

Constant Updating

To ensure the integrity and acceptability of our Right Appetite program we are constantly monitoring portion sizes of food servings, supervising cooking techniques during food preparation and continually developing new recipes in the light of changing food trends, nutritional criteria and the input of you, our customers.
