Cashier

The Cashiers Office is responsible for maintaining the policies and procedures required for internal cash control and is committed to providing courteous and friendly service while performing the cashier duties.  This office is accountable for the following functions:
  • Maintain the security of the cash.
  • Prepare cash and checks for deposit
  • Prepare journal entires to record cash and deposit transactions in the oracle financial system
  • Receipt of payments for Student Application Fees, Faculty and Student Housing Rentals, Personal Accounts, Childrens School Tuition, Faculty and Student Club Dues, MacInnes and Hostage Cottage Rentals and Campus Parking fees.
  • Disbursement of petty cash for reimbursement of sundry expenses.
