Accounts Receivable

This office is responsible for all housing and personal account and other space rental activities. 

Areas of Focus: 
  • Liase with Housing Department on Billable amounts
  • Establishment of new accounts.
  • Maintenance of existing accounts and close out of inactive accounts.
  • Billings and collections for the University's Child and Family Center (CFC), Faculty Club, non payroll health insurance billings and campus parking.
  • Billing and collection services to other non-profit entities.
This office is located on the second floor of Founders Hall, Room 206D-4.
