Two laser (488-nm/647-nm) multipurpose flow cytometer

Two laser (488-nm/647-nm) benchtop system designed specifically to support the wide range of basic flow cytometric applications. FACSort can measure up to six parameters - forward light scatter, side light scatter, four fluorescence parameters (including APC). It can work also in Doublet Discrimination Mode (DDM) and measure the pulse height, area and width of each fluorescence parameter which makes it perfect instrument for the cell cycle analysis.
